Access to this Platform is available to users who meet our eligibility requirements and have successfully completed our registration and verification process. You affirm that you are the authorized user of the account and that all exchange activities are conducted by you personally.

In accordance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations for cryptocurrency exchanges, users must complete a full identity verification process. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Proof of address documentation
• Source-of-funds declarations
• Biometric confirmation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if any verification data is incomplete, unverifiable, fraudulent, or deemed inconsistent with cryptocurrency exchange compliance requirements.

2.1 Nature of Service

The Platform functions as a cryptocurrency exchange, facilitating the buying, selling, and exchange of digital assets. Our services may include order matching, wallet services, market data provision, on-chain tracking views, and related cryptocurrency exchange functionalities.

2.2 No Guarantees of Outcomes

Digital asset exchange involves substantial risk. The Platform does not guarantee outcomes, profit generation, or protection against losses. All decisions are made at your own risk and discretion.

3.1 Exchange Requirements

In accordance with cryptocurrency exchange regulations, users must maintain sufficient account balance to cover their exchange activities. Margin trading and leverage may be subject to additional requirements and risk management protocols.

3.2 Deposit and Exchange

You acknowledge that exchange functionality requires the deposit of cryptocurrency or fiat currency into your platform account. All deposits and exchanges are subject to our fee structure and processing times as outlined in our fee schedule.

To protect users from unauthorized access, withdrawals require confirmed account authentication. CoinsCryp does not process withdrawal requests received outside of the official platform interface.

6.1 Service Availability

CoinsCryp aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, network upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect service. Users will be notified of planned downtime where possible.

6.2 User Rights

Users retain full ownership and control over assets held in their accounts. CoinsCryp provides the platform infrastructure to facilitate exchange and tracking. Access to account features is subject to compliance with these Terms and applicable law.
